This policy describes information handled through wiredtides.com, the WiredTides informational website, and inquiries sent to yael@wiredtides.com. It does not replace any separate privacy or data-processing agreement for client services.
Information you choose to share
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any details or attachments you provide, such as your name, business, website, or project requirements. The contact page uses email links rather than a website submission form. Clicking an email link opens your email app; it does not send a message automatically.
We use inquiry information to respond, discuss potential work, maintain relevant correspondence, and meet applicable legal obligations. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information, credentials, or confidential customer records.
Website visits and hosting
This static site is hosted on Vercel. Hosting and network providers may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, and timestamps, to deliver the site, diagnose problems, and protect it from abuse. Email is handled through email service providers. These providers may process information in countries other than your own.
Cookies, analytics, and demos
The website does not currently include advertising pixels, a dedicated analytics script, an account system, or a checkout. It does not intentionally set tracking cookies. Hosting or security infrastructure may use technical mechanisms necessary to operate and protect the site.
The automation examples are illustrative, local browser simulations. Running a demo does not connect your accounts, send messages, or process real customer data.
Sharing and retention
Inquiry information is used for business communication, not sold or shared for targeted advertising. Hosting and email providers process information needed to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and security.
We keep correspondence as needed for the inquiry, any resulting business relationship, and legal or recordkeeping requirements. Retention varies with the purpose; we do not promise a fixed deletion period.

You can choose not to contact us or limit what you send. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your personal information, and to complain to a privacy regulator. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security. This website is intended for business inquiries, not directed at children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us. Your email provider and any external sites you choose to visit have their own privacy practices.
